Interface: PoolSigner

Signer aligned with @totemsdk/omnia ChannelSigner: lease-backed WOTS with signing indices — sign(digest) alone is too thin for Omnia. A PoolSigner is structurally a ChannelSigner (plus an optional convenience reader).
