Interface: EdgeTxBuilderContext

Wallet-side tx building context. The wallet builds the transaction FIRST (coin selection + outputs), then the action derives effects from the real built tx — never from agent-supplied hints.

Build an Omnia channel update tx. Returns the draft + channel script address.
